You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support business growth, operational efficiency, and product development while helping establish a reliable and customer-centric quick commerce experience. Requirements Key Responsibilities • Support the development and execution of business initiatives aligned with organisational growth objectives. • Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams. • Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, operational efficiency, and service reliability. • Analyse business performance, customer behaviour, and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. • Translate business requirements and customer needs into actionable plans, workflows, and solutions. • Coordinate cross-functional projects, track milestones, and ensure timely execution of key initiatives. • Contribute to developing scalable processes, operating procedures, and performance-monitoring frameworks. • Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend practical solutions to improve productivity and service quality. • Support experimentation, process improvements, and new initiatives in a rapidly evolving business environment. • Monitor relevant business metrics and prepare reports, dashboards, and performance updates. • Work with internal stakeholders to resolve execution challenges and maintain alignment across teams. • Contribute to improving customer satisfaction, service consistency, and overall platform reliability. • Support the implementation of technology-enabled solutions and automation to reduce manual effort. • Stay informed about quick commerce trends, customer expectations, and emerging business opportunities. • Take ownership of assigned initiatives and drive them from planning through execution and evaluation. What Makes You a Great Fit • 4+ years of professional experience in a relevant business, product, operations, strategy, or technology-driven role. • Experience working in quick commerce, ecommerce, consumer technology, retail, startups, or other fast-paced business environments is desirable. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Excellent project coordination and execution capabilities. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders. • Strong understanding of customer-centric business practices and operational improvement. • Comfort working in early-stage environments with evolving processes and priorities. • Ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines. • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills. • Proficiency in spreadsheets, reporting tools, and business productivity applications. • Familiarity with business analytics, dashboards, automation, or digital platforms is an advantage. • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative. • Adaptability and willingness to experiment, learn quickly, and solve unfamiliar problems. • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. • A genuine interest in building technology-enabled services that improve convenience and customer experience.
