How much does one candidate interview cost?
2 credits. A candidate interview ships more than a practice round — a sealed report only your team can read, job-fit scoring against your posting, and the candidate management around it — so it draws 2 credits from the same balance instead of 1.
Can I use my free trial credits for candidates?
No. Free credits are for your own practice only. Candidate invites are funded from purchased credits, so claiming the free rounds never quietly spends a candidate interview.
When is a credit actually spent?
Credits are held the moment you create an interview link, so the interviews you've promised can always run. If a link expires unused or you revoke it, the hold is returned to your balance.
Does a bounced invitation cost me twice?
No. You can resend a candidate's link from your dashboard — it issues a fresh link, kills the old one, and takes no second credit.
Who can see a candidate's report?
Only your team. The candidate never sees their own scores, and your copy is written to your account when the interview ends, so it survives even if they later delete their account.
