Yes — while we're onboarding companies one at a time. Once you're off the waitlist you can interview your applicants with no card on file and no credits to count. There's a fair-use ceiling on how many interviews one account can start in a single day, which is there to protect the service rather than to meter you; if you're bumping into it, tell us and we'll raise it.

Join the waitlist with your work email, then tell us about your company — the name, your website and a line about what you do. We let companies in one at a time and email your work address the moment you're in. You can set your jobs up while you wait; you just can't send an interview until then.

Because a candidate interview is a real interview with a real person on the other end, and we'd rather know who is sending them. It also keeps the free period sustainable while we're small.

We'll tell you well before anything changes, and nothing you've already sent will be affected. Companies already using it won't wake up to a bill.

Yes. A hiring account is a company account, so we don't accept personal mailboxes — it's what tells us which employer a candidate is being interviewed for.

Only your team. The candidate never sees their own scores, and your copy is written to your account when the interview ends, so it survives even if they later delete their account.
