The short version: in the app, open Profile and tap Delete account. On the website, open Settings and choose Delete my account. If you can no longer sign in, email us from the address on the account and we will delete it for you within 30 days.

In the RoundAlpha app
- Open the app and sign in.
- Tap Profile at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Delete account, then confirm.
- You are signed out and the account is gone. Signing in again later starts a new, empty account.

On the website
- Sign in at roundalpha.com.
- Open your profile, then Settings.
- Choose Delete my account and confirm.

If you can't sign in any more
Email hello@roundalpha.com from the email address on the account, or tell us the phone number you signed in with, and ask us to delete it. We confirm the request with you and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted
- Your account and profile: name, email address or phone number, and sign-in details.
- Every CV in your library.
- Your interviews: plans, transcripts, scores and written reports, and the history later interviews were built from.
- Unused credits. They can't be restored or moved to another account afterwards.
- Help tickets and feedback you sent from inside the product.

What is kept, and for how long
- Billing records, in a restricted form, for as long as tax and accounting law requires — then they are purged.
- Security and diagnostic logs, for up to 12 months, then they are deleted or anonymised.
- Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are also recorded by Apple or Google under their own policies. Deleting your RoundAlpha account doesn't cancel anything bought there; manage those in your store account.
